Overview
Phrase 4
Kawaii is justice
In general, male students in Japan have the common understanding that cute (kawaii) girls will be forgiven, no matter what they do. Of course there is a limit to this, as there is also a phrase that states "Don't think that you will be forgiven for anything, just because you are cute."
This culture is summarized by the phrase "Kawaii is justice." This catchphrase originally comes from the popular manga series "Strawberry Marshmallow," but is now being used by idols.
